TERMS OF SERVICE
Last Updated: October 2, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website, booking services, studio services, classes, events, products, and other offerings provided by Solea Hot Pilates LLC (“Solea,” “Solea Hot Pilates,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing our website, creating an account, making a purchase, booking or participating in a class or event, or otherwise using our services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and any other applicable Solea agreements and policies.
1. SOLEA SERVICES
Solea is a fitness and wellness studio offering heated mat Pilates, sculpt and strength classes, workshops, events, memberships, class packages, retail products, food and beverage offerings, teacher trainings, and other wellness or community experiences.
Classes, instructors, schedules, pricing, formats, amenities, equipment, operating hours, and other offerings may change from time to time.
2. ACCOUNTS & REGISTRATION
You may be required to create an account to book classes, join waitlists, purchase memberships or packages, or access certain Solea services.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and to update that information when necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.
Each client should maintain one individual account. Duplicate or fraudulent accounts, account sharing, or attempts to circumvent booking, membership, promotional, or other restrictions may result in cancellation of reservations or restriction of account access.
3. BOOKINGS & ARRIVAL
Class reservations must be made through Solea's approved booking channels and are subject to availability.
We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes before class, particularly for your first visit.
A 5-minute late-entry grace period applies. For safety and to minimize disruption, entry after that time may not be permitted.
Failure to arrive in time for a reserved class does not entitle you to a refund or credit except where required by applicable law or otherwise provided under an applicable Solea agreement or policy.
4. CANCELLATIONS, NO-SHOWS & WAITLISTS
Class reservations must be cancelled at least 12 hours before the scheduled class to avoid a late-cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled class are considered late cancellations and are subject to a late-cancellation fee. Failure to attend a reserved class without cancelling is considered a no-show and is subject to a no-show fee.
For drop-ins and class packages, a late cancellation or no-show may also result in forfeiture of the applicable class credit, as disclosed in Solea's then-current Studio Policies or booking platform.
If a class is full, you may have the option to join a waitlist. When a space becomes available, clients may be automatically added to the class according to Solea's then-current waitlist procedures.
If you can no longer attend, you are responsible for removing yourself from the waitlist in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy.
Current cancellation and no-show fees, waitlist procedures, and related booking policies will be made available through Solea's booking platform, Studio Policies, or other applicable customer-facing materials and may be updated from time to time, subject to applicable law and any controlling agreement.
5. PURCHASES & PAYMENT
You agree to provide accurate and current billing and payment information.
By making a purchase, you authorize Solea and its payment service providers to charge your selected payment method for the applicable purchase, taxes, and authorized fees.
All prices are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated. Applicable taxes may be added as required by law.
Solea may correct inadvertent pricing, typographical, or billing errors. If an error affects a completed transaction, we will address the transaction in accordance with applicable law.
Solea may refuse or cancel fraudulent, unauthorized, duplicate, or otherwise improper transactions.
6. MEMBERSHIPS, RECURRING BILLING & FEE CHANGES
Certain memberships or services may automatically renew and charge your payment method on file on a recurring basis.
The billing frequency, cancellation rights, membership terms, and other material conditions applicable to a membership will be disclosed in the applicable Membership Agreement.
You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method. Failed or declined payments may result in temporary suspension of membership or booking privileges until the account is brought current, subject to applicable law.
Solea may from time to time change membership, subscription, or recurring service fees. Any pricing change applicable to an existing recurring membership or subscription will be communicated in accordance with the applicable Membership Agreement and applicable law before the new rate becomes effective.
Membership cancellation, refunds, freezes, transfers, relocation, disability, studio closure, and other membership rights are governed by the applicable Membership Agreement and Florida law.
If these Terms conflict with a Membership Agreement regarding your membership, the Membership Agreement controls.
7. CLASS PACKAGES, DROP-INS & OTHER SERVICES
Class packages, drop-ins, private sessions, promotions, and other services may have specific expiration dates, cancellation terms, transfer restrictions, eligibility requirements, or refund policies disclosed at purchase.
Except where otherwise stated or required by law, completed purchases are subject to the terms presented at the time of purchase.
Unused or missed services do not automatically entitle the purchaser to a refund, credit, extension, or transfer.
8. TEACHER TRAININGS, WORKSHOPS & EVENTS
Unless otherwise expressly stated at the time of purchase, teacher trainings, workshops, special events, and similar programs are final sale and non-refundable from the time of booking.
Registration may also be non-transferable or subject to additional cancellation, transfer, attendance, or participation requirements disclosed at the time of purchase.
If Solea cancels an applicable teacher training, workshop, or event, Solea will communicate available options to registered participants, which may include rescheduling, a credit, or refund, as appropriate and subject to applicable law.
9. RETAIL PRODUCTS
All retail product sales are final.
Retail merchandise is not eligible for return, refund, or exchange except where required by applicable law or where Solea determines that an item was defective, damaged before delivery to the customer, or otherwise eligible for a remedy.
Product availability, pricing, sizing, colors, and inventory are subject to change.
10. HEALTH, SAFETY & HEATED CLASSES
Physical exercise involves inherent risks, and heated exercise may create additional physical demands.
Certain Solea classes use infrared heat and may reach temperatures of approximately 95°F.
You are responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for you. Please arrive appropriately hydrated, take breaks when necessary, and inform your instructor of relevant injuries, limitations, or concerns before class.
If you experience dizziness, faintness, unusual shortness of breath, chest pain, nausea, or other concerning symptoms, stop exercising and seek appropriate assistance.
Individuals who are pregnant, postpartum, recovering from injury or surgery, have medical conditions, take medications affecting exercise or heat tolerance, or otherwise have concerns about participation should consult an appropriate healthcare professional before participating.
Heated exercise is generally not recommended during pregnancy. Solea may offer non-heated options when available, but availability is not guaranteed.
Solea and its instructors provide fitness instruction and do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
11. ASSUMPTION OF RISK & PARTICIPANT WAIVER
Participation in Solea classes, events, and physical activities may require acceptance of Solea's separate Participant Waiver and Release of Liability.
By participating, you acknowledge that exercise and heated exercise involve inherent risks.
The Participant Waiver and Release governs assumption of risk, release of liability, and other matters relating to physical participation and is incorporated into these Terms where applicable.
Nothing in these Terms or any waiver limits liability or legal rights to the extent they cannot lawfully be limited or waived.
12. AGE REQUIREMENTS
Guests 18 years and older may participate independently, subject to applicable agreements and studio policies.
Guests ages 16–17 may participate with consent from a parent or legal guardian and completion of any required waiver, authorization, or other documentation.
Solea may establish additional age restrictions for particular classes, heated classes, events, or services when appropriate.
13. STUDIO CONDUCT & NON-HARASSMENT
Solea is committed to maintaining a welcoming, respectful, and safe environment.
Clients and guests must treat Solea staff, instructors, contractors, and other guests respectfully.
Threatening, abusive, discriminatory, harassing, sexually inappropriate, disruptive, dangerous, fraudulent, or unlawful behavior is not permitted.
Solea may refuse entry, require an individual to leave, suspend booking privileges, or terminate access or membership when reasonably necessary because of serious or repeated misconduct, subject to applicable law and any controlling Membership Agreement.
If you experience or witness concerning conduct at Solea, you may report it to studio management at hello@soleahotpilates.com. Solea may review reported incidents and take action it considers appropriate based on the circumstances.
We will make reasonable efforts to handle reports appropriately and discreetly, but cannot guarantee absolute confidentiality where disclosure is necessary to investigate or respond to an incident.

15. PHOTOGRAPHY, FILMING & SOCIAL MEDIA
Personal photography or filming may be permitted when it does not disrupt class, interfere with instruction, create a safety concern, or capture other guests without their permission.
Solea may restrict photography or filming at any time.
Commercial photography, professional filming, tripods, lighting equipment, or organized content production requires prior approval from Solea.
Solea may photograph or record certain classes, events, pop-ups, or community activities. Where consent is required for promotional use, applicable notices, releases, or media-consent terms will govern.

Solea content is provided for personal and informational use only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, license, commercially exploit, teach from, or create derivative works from Solea's proprietary materials without prior written permission.
